Executive Director
John was selected by the Board of Directors in April 2016. Prior to coming to RCBS, John was a military police sergeant with the US Army and Missouri National Guard, an elementary school teacher for the Kansas City Public Schools, and a behavioral resource team member with Missouri Department to Mental Health. John possesses a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in applied behavioral analysis, and 29-graduate hours in urban school leadership from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. John is a retired military veteran.

Director of DD Services
Lori has been a part of the DD Services team with RCBS since 2007 and has filled many different roles in those years. Lori is a current Tools of Choice Curriculum Facilitator, enabling RCBS to deliver these important Positive Behavior Support trainings to Direct Support Professionals in person. Lori has been a certified American Heart Association Heart Saver First Aid and CPR Instructor since 2011. Lori is a member of the Starling Missouri advocacy group in addition to being an active advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental delay through the ANCOR group.
