RCBS offers housing opportunities through the HUD Section 811 Project-Based Rental Assistance (PRA) Program, designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
These apartments offer income-based rent and support individuals in living as independently as possible within the community.

Eligibility Guidelines
This program may be a good option for individuals who:
Are between the ages of 18 and 61
Have a developmental disability
